How do I contact support?

Email help@remoteinclusive.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Please include your device model, iOS version, and Sanctum version (Settings → About).

What devices does Sanctum run on?

Sanctum requires iOS 17 or later and runs on iPhone and iPad. An internet connection is required to send and receive messages.

Is my data private?

Yes. Sanctum minimizes data collection, never sells your information, never uses your conversations for advertising, and lets you delete your account and content at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel my Sanctum Plus subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Sanctum, and choose Cancel Subscription. Deleting the Sanctum app does not cancel a subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one. If you have any other concern, email help@remoteinclusive.com.

Sanctum gave me an answer I disagree with — what should I do?

Sanctum is a study companion, not an authority. Responses are AI-generated and may be inaccurate. Please verify with scripture, your tradition, and your clergy. You can also tap the flag icon to report any response and we will review it.

How do I report objectionable content?

Tap the flag icon on any message to report it. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and content or accounts that violate the Terms may be removed.

I'm in crisis.

Sanctum is not an emergency service. Please contact your local emergency services. In the United States, you can dial or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

How do I delete my account?

Open Sanctum, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your conversations and account data. You can also email help@remoteinclusive.com to request deletion.

Will Sanctum support traditions other than Christian?

At launch Sanctum focuses on Christian traditions (Catholic, Orthodox, and Protestant). We are listening carefully to our community about adding additional faiths.
