Sanctum

Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Remote Inclusive (“Remote Inclusive”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Sanctum mobile application and the website at sanctum.remoteinclusive.com (together, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and an authentication identifier (such as a Sign in with Apple token).
  • Conversation content. Messages you send to Sanctum, including voice transcripts, are sent to our servers and to our AI inference provider so we can generate responses.
  • Subscription & purchase information. If you purchase a subscription, Apple shares a transaction receipt with us. We do not receive your payment card details.
  • Diagnostic data. Crash logs and basic usage metrics (anonymized) help us keep the app stable.
  • Device data. Device model, OS version, app version, and language preference.

We do not collect contacts, photos, location, health, financial, or sensitive identifiers. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.

2. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To generate AI responses to your messages.
  • To process subscriptions and prevent fraud.
  • To provide customer support when you contact us.
  • To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your conversations to train third-party foundation models, and we do not use them for advertising.

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (cloud hosting, AI inference, analytics, and customer support tools), and only as needed for them to provide that service. These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

4. Retention

Conversations are retained for up to 30 days for abuse-prevention and quality purposes, after which they are deleted unless you have chosen to save them. Account information is retained for the life of the account. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

5. Children

Sanctum is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact help@remoteinclusive.com.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time from within the app under Settings → Account, or by emailing help@remoteinclusive.com. Residents of California, the EEA, and the UK have additional rights under applicable law (including the right to object, restrict, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority).

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and restrict access to personal information to personnel who need it to operate the Service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

We process information in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed there.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
